  • What insurances are accepted?
    We currently accept: Presbyterian Dual Plus Medicaid Fee for Service Medicaid-Presbyterian Mediciaid-Blue Cross Blue Shield New Mexico Medicaid-Molina Commercial Blue Cross Blue Shield Commercial Presbyterian Not all providers are able to accept all insurances. Review of insurance will be completed to determine services that may be provided and by whom.
  • What is CCSS (Comprehensive Community Support Services)
    Comprehensive community support services (CCSS) shall coordinate and provide necessary services and resources to eligible clients and families to promote recovery, rehabilitation and resiliency. CCSS shall address goals as identified by the client or family specifically to meet recovery and resilience based outcomes in the areas of: Independent living Learning Working Socializing Recreation Clients must have full Medicaid and have a mental health or substance diagnosis. Examples of those who can benefit from CCSS: 1. Joe, 29, lost his job as a cook during COVID due to the restaurant having to close. He had been at the same job for 12 years. Joe never finished high school and his unemployment benefits ran out. Joe is going to lose his housing due to not being able to pay rent for the past month. A CCSS worker can assist with helping Joe to help prioritize his needs, assist in seeking resources for rental assistance, seek education or employment options, and help him explore activities to keep him busy throughout the week to assist with his depression. 2. Mary, 54, has struggled with substance abuse her entire life. She has been abstinent from substances the past 5 years and her daughter has recently passed away. The family has been coming around and bringing alcohol and drugs over. Mary is on a limited income and doesn't know how she will pay for the funeral. A CCSS worker can assist Mary in helping to communicate with her family about her struggles and setting boundaries, seeking support groups, and finding resources to assist with funeral and living expenses. 3. Isaiah, 12, is having difficulty with his grades at school, getting along with classmates and siblings, and isolates in his room daily. A CCSS worker can assist Isaiah, with parental permission, by helping find out why he is struggling in school and find resources that can help in the areas he is having difficulty, helping him talk with his teachers, heping him and his parents monitor his grades and incorporate how his family can help him, find out about the struggles and communication skills with classmates/siblings, and help find activities or groups that can assist Isaiah in not isolating.
  • What is Therapy?
    Therapy is a way to help people with a broad variety of mental illnesses and emotional difficulties. Therapy is counseling that assists with techniques and treatments to cope with daily mental and behavioral health symptoms. Therapy provides a safe place to confidentially discuss concerns with trained therapists who are knowledgable in the areas of concern.
  • How do I get started?
    To get started, go to the home page of herronsolutionsllc.com and complete form to get started. We will verify insurance, you will receive two (2) emails, once you receive email for portal sign up, and you will complete portal sign up. Once you complete portal sign up you will receive a call to schedule your intake, either in person or online.
  • What is Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)?
    An Intensive Outpatient Therapy (IOP) is a structured mental health treatment program designed for individuals who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy, but do not require full-time inpatient care. It provides a higher level of care than regular outpatient therapy. The goal of IOP is to help individuals manage their symptoms, improve their functioning, and develop skills to maintain their well-being, all while allowing them to continue living at home and maintaining daily responsibilities. Our IOP treats substance abuse. Intensive support is beneficial, inpatient hospitalization is not necessary. Our IOP Group at Herron Solutions is three days a week, three hours per day for 16 weeks. You will also be required to complete at least one individual therapy session per week. IOP sessions will cover: Early Recovery Skills, Relapse Prevention, Family Education, Group, Social Supports. You are required to commit to all 3 days per week, 3 hours per day, for 16 weeks for group and one hour per week for individual therapy.
  • How do I get started with IOP?
    In order to get started with IOP you will go to the home page on herronsolutionsllc.com, complete the form to begin services. You will receive 2 emails. Please click link in email to register for portal. Once all information is completed and received we will contact you to schedule your intake appointment that may take up to an hour either in person or through telehealth. You will be scheduled to begin IOP services after intake appointment. All IOP at Herron Solutions are in person.
  • How to be accepted for our Transitional Living Homes?
    In order to be accepted into our Transitional Living Home you must go to herronsolutionsllc.com home page and complete to begin services. Once this information is completed we will contact you to schedule an interview. Our current requirements for our Transitional Living Homes are: Men 18 years and older Full Medicaid No Violent or Sex Offense Crimes
